Every plan is a flat workspace subscription — not a per-seat price — billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 17%, the equivalent of two months. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
Usage warns at 70%, 90% and 100%. Seats and integrations stop at the bundle; extra interviews and AI credits are billed at the plan overage rates when usage-based billing is enabled, or warn without blocking when it is not. Scheduling is never blocked.

Questions & answers
How does the trial work?
The 14-day trial runs on Starter allowances: interview capture, debrief review, scorecards, usage visibility, and one integration. No card is required to start.
Will an interview stop if we reach a limit?
No. An interview already in progress can finish. The workspace will apply the limit to new usage and show the next available action.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a plan that matches your current seat and interview volume. Itya will flag any changes needed before a downgrade.
What happens if we hit a plan limit?
Itya warns at 70%, 90% and 100% of the allowance. Seats and integrations stop at the bundle. Interviews do not: past the allowance they are billed at the plan overage rate when overage is enabled, or simply keep warning when it is not. Scheduling is never blocked.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Every plan can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 17% — two months free — and you can switch intervals from billing settings.
Is Itya priced per seat?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly or annual subscription for the whole workspace, and every plan includes a fixed number of seats. Adding a teammate inside your included seats costs nothing extra.
What counts as an integration?
Calendar connections, ATS connections, and Slack all draw on the same integration allowance, so a workspace on Starter can connect one of them.
Can we cancel at any time?
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and stay active through the end of the billing period. Annual plans follow the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
