An interview in progress always finishes, even when a limit is reached.
AI screens past the bundle are refused unless usage-based billing is on, which bills each extra screen.
Recorded interviews past the bundle are billed when usage-based billing is on, and otherwise warn without blocking.
Integrations stop at the bundle, and the Free plan stops at its bundle for AI screens and recorded interviews until the month turns or you upgrade.

What to expect from the trial, plan limits, and billing changes.
How does the trial work?
The 14-day trial runs on Starter allowances: interview capture, debrief review, scorecards, usage visibility, and one integration. No card is required to start. When it ends without a paid plan, the workspace moves to the Free plan and keeps working.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 AI screens and 5 recorded interviews a month, one integration and unlimited teammates, with no card required. A trial that ends without a paid plan moves to Free, and so does a paid plan that is canceled, at the end of the period you paid for.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a plan that matches your interview volume and integrations. Every plan keeps unlimited teammates, and Itya will flag any changes needed before a downgrade.
What happens if we hit a plan limit?
Nothing stops without warning: Itya warns at 70%, 90% and 100% of each allowance, and an interview already in progress always finishes. Past the bundle, integrations stop; AI screens are refused unless usage-based billing is on, when each extra screen is billed at the plan rate; recorded interviews are billed when usage-based billing is on, or keep warning when it is not. On the Free plan, both stop at the bundle until the month turns or you upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 17% — two months free — and you can switch intervals from billing settings.
Is Itya priced per seat?
No. Itya is priced per workspace: each paid plan is a flat monthly or annual subscription, and every plan, Free included, has unlimited teammates. Adding a teammate never costs anything extra.
What counts as an integration?
Calendar connections, ATS connections, and Slack all draw on the same integration allowance, so a workspace on Starter can connect one of them.
Do you charge GST?
In India, yes: rupee prices exclude GST, and 18% GST is added. Your invoice shows CGST and SGST, or IGST, and your GSTIN if you add one. Customers outside India pay in US dollars with no Indian GST, as an export of services; local taxes, if any, are yours to account for.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Any plan, monthly or annual, can be canceled at any time. It stays active to the end of the period you paid for, and then the workspace moves to the Free plan and keeps working. Unused time is not refunded; duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full. The details are in the cancellation and refund policy.
